It’s the Last Day of Sale-A-Bration

Last chance! Sale-A-Bration is ending TONIGHT!

Can you believe how fast these past weeks have flown by? If you’re like me, you’ve been soaking up every last bit of creativity and freebies during Stampin’ Up!’s Sale-A-Bration. And today, I’m showcasing another of my favorite Sale-A-Bration sets the Day to Celebrate stamp set!

Birthdays are meant to be BIG, BOLD, and full of JOY just like this card! I created this festive birthday card with bright colors, fun confetti details which makes it perfect for celebrating someone’s special day!

My card base is from the Basic White Memories & More Assorted Cards and Envelopes pack, and measures 4″ x 6″. I cut a few strips of Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper to 1/2″ x 5-7/8″, I added them to a piece of Basic White card stock cut to 3-7/8″ x 5-7/8″. I staggered the DSP strips as I added them so the colors would be slightly off center. I love the effect it creates.

To create the sentiment I die cut a circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies. I decided to use the hat image like a cone and stamped it in Azure Afternoon onto the circle. To add the confetti, I stamped the confetti first in Lemon Lime Twist, then stamped it again in Azure Afternoon. Using Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the circle to over the DSP strips. I stamped and fussy cut both the “hooray” and “all day your way” and added them with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The finishing touch is a few Rainbow Adhesive Backed Dots.

Inside the card I added another strip of Bright & Beautiful DSP and stamped the sentiment in Azure Afternoon.

    Sale-A-Bration – 2 Days Left

    2 days of Sale-A-Bration fun left!

    I have another fun card with the Friendly Seagulls stamp set. Have you ever had a seagull steal your fries at the beach? These sassy little birds are one of my favorite Sale-A-Bration stamp sets, and today, I’m sharing how I created this playful, beachy scene of seagull shenanigans.

    When I first saw this stamp set, I knew I had to have it! The quirky expressions, fun sentiments, and adorable illustrations make it perfect for lighthearted cards that bring a smile. And let’s be real—who doesn’t love a little seagull drama? For this card, I wanted to recreate that classic beach-day moment.

    I created a beach scene by embossing Balmy Blue card stock with the Timber 3D embossing folder for the look of water. I brushed it with a Wink of Stella to give it a little shimmer. Then I stamped a few fish in Balmy Blue Ink, and adding it to the card base. For the look of sand I used a piece of Crumb Cake Card stock and stamped a few shells in Crumb Cake ink. I tore the card stock rather then cutting it to give some texture to the sand and added it to the bottom of the card.

    I stamped the seagulls & french fries, used Stampin’ Blends to colored the, then fussy cut them out. They were added to my card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. In the sky I stamped some birds and couldn’t resist adding the OMG from the Day to Celebrate Sale-A-Bration stamp set. Then I die cut the larger OMG in Pumpkin Pie card stock. I’m sure the next time I’m at the beach and hear the seagulls I’ll imagine them saying OMG….ha-ha!

    The sentiment inside the card is from the Birthday Sparkle Kit, which I thought worked perfectly with this card. The confetti is from the Day to Celebrate Sale-A-Bration stamp set.

      The Friendly Seagulls set is just too cute! Whether you’re making a birthday card, a beach-themed project, or just want to bring some humor into your crafting, these little guys are perfect. Plus, they’re great for all skill levels—just stamp, color, and create!

      This playful card features the Friendly Seagulls Stamp Set, one of the adorable options available during Sale-A-Bration! I had so much fun creating this lighthearted design.

      I created my own background by stamping the fish in Pool Party ink on the Pool Party cardbase, then stamped them in Soft Sea Foam ink on Soft Sea Foam card stock, then the shell image with Basic Beige ink on Basic White cards stock.

      The cheerful seagull, happily munching on a fry, pairs perfectly with the sentiment, “I love you more than French fries”. The little french fries accent adds the perfect touch! To finish the card I added a few of the Flat Adhesive Backed Pearls.

      Don’t forget to dress up the inside of the card too!
