Grassy Grove Bundle

If you like versatility in your papercrafting, you’ll love the Grassy Grove Bundle! This stamp and die bundle features nature-inspired images that are perfect for all types of occasions. The Grassy Grove Bundle makes crafting ornate, artistic cards with perfectly framed nature scenes—such as a lone deer or a colorful sunset peeking out from behind a grove of die-cut trees.

The Grassy Grove images pair as well with sentiments from other stamp sets as it does with the four all-occasion greetings that come with the bundle. That means you get even more mileage out of the stamp sets you already have in your collection just by adding this bundle!

Here are a few more cards for inspiration using this amazing bundle.

No Matter the Weather Kit

I’ve been crafting with Kits Collection kits this week. These All-inclusive kits come with everything you need to sit down and start creating immediately. There are many kits to choose from for many different occasions and styles. I love that you can put the Kits together just as they are or you can add other Stampin’ Up!® products to make them even more versatile.

My projects today were created with the No Matter the Weather Kit and Flowering Rain Boots Bundle. Confession time – I have had this kit for some time. I made one card to use as soon as I received it, then set it aside. I’m kind of glad I did because I had lots of fun incorporating the Flowering Rain Boots bundle with the kit.

I started with punching out all the pieces of the No Matter the Weather kit and stamping & die cutting images from the Flowering Rain Boots bundle. As I was creating the cards I add in a few other great products to give them my own special touch. I used the Messages die for a few of the sentiments, the Cloud punch and from Sale-A-Bration the Sunshine & Rainbows DSP.

For these cards I snipped the boots images that was included in the kit so that I could add in the pretty flowers.

The next few cards i created similarly to the cards as they are in the kit. I changed the label or stamped the sentiment directly onto the card.

The next few cards feature the Flowering Rain Boots Bundle as the main element while still using some of the kit elements.

I hope you enjoyed my cards and are inspired to create with the Kits Collection. All the Stampin’ Up! supplies used to make my card are available in my online store. Simply click any of the product photos below!

A Thousand Well Wishes

My favorite Designer Series Paper from the Jan-June 2022 Mini Catalog is the Symbols of Fortune DSP. I love the soft colors and the foil accents. I have been wanting to pair it with the Mother of Pearl Specialty Paper which is also part of the Symbols of Fortune Suite Collection.

The first thing I did was to cut the Symbols of Fortune DSP, then the Mother of Pearl Specialty Paper to layer beneath the DSP. Once I adhered the layers together, I arranged the together until I was happy with the look before I added them to the cardbase.

I attached the larger rectangle layer with the Soft Succulent Crane Pattern to the Smoky Slate Cardbase first, then added the smaller rectangle with the reeds next. Before adding the Square with the Foil Accent I added a few strips of Tear & Tape and added a piece of the Soft Succulent Shimmer Ribbon. Once the ribbon was added I adhered the square layer to my card. I wanted the ribbon to lay across the front of my card, to hold it in place I added a small piece of Tear & Tape to hold it in place.

Using the Crane of Fortune Bundle, I stamped a few of the dragon flies in Calypso Coral on a piece of Basic White cardstock and die cut them. I used the Tasteful Labels dies to cut the circle label, and stamped the sentiment in Soft Succulent. I adhered the dragon files to the label with some Mini Glue dots.

I added the label to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. To finish off my card I added a few Polished Dots. I love all the soft colors in this card. I hope you do too!

Symbols of Fortune Mini Paper Pumpkin Box

I love decorating the Mini Paper Pumpkin Boxes. I used the Symbols of Fortune Suite Collection to decorate my box today. Wouldn’t this be a great gift box if you were going to gift some scratch off tickets?

To decorate the box like I did, you will need to cut the following:

  • DSP
    • (1) 3-5/8″ x 5-3/8″, for the top of the box
    • (2) 7/8″ x 5-3/8″, for the front and back edges of the box
    • (2) 7/8″ x 3-3/8″, for the Left and Right edges of the box
  • Vellum
    • (1) 3-1/4″ x 5″

For reference the picture shows where each of the pieces of DSP go on the box. This is from the Tidings & Trimmings box I decorated for Christmas. Click here to see that post.

Here are the pieces of Symbol of Fortune DSP I adhered to my box with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

The label is from the Pretty Pillow Box dies. the sentiment is from the Crane of Fortune Bundle, stamped in Mint Macaron on Basic White cardstock. I cut a second label in Mint Macaron, cut it in half and layered it on the back side of the Basic White label.

The foliage is die cut with the Mother of Pearl Specialty Paper. I attached it to the back of the label with Mini Glue Dots.

I love the shimmer of the Mother of Pearl Specialty Paper. Its near impossible to see in the photo but if you love a bit of sparkle, this is the paper for you.

The crane is stamped in Smoky Slate on Basic White cardstock. Before I stamped the crane, I used a Blender Pen to remove the Smoky Slate ink from the “crown” of the crane, then used a Poppy Parade Stampin’ Write Marker to ink it up.

Next, I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the label and crane to the Vellum. Then, attaching some Tear & Tape on the back of the Vellum so it can’t be seen, I attached the Vellum to the top of the Paper Pumpkin box. Finally I added a few of the Polished Dots.
